What you will be doing:
– Conduct the entire process of sales and onboarding for new customers
– Maintain a close relationship with current customers. Understand their business pains and provide solutions based on our platform to help overcome them
– Guide and coach customers with a proactive approach. Train them on Innercircle’s best practices so they become increasingly self sufficient
What skills you need:
– Experience in a B2B sales role
– Relevant work experience in a customer success or account management (SaaS experience a benefit)
– Ability to build and maintain deep client relationships over time
– Highly motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and retention.
– Flawless English skills (both writing and speaking)

The development team at Innercircle is hiring a highly-motivated and experienced Backend Engineer to build new infrastructure related features and continue developing and perfecting our product.
What you will be doing:
– Architect and scale complex systems like our realtime database engine, revision history, and formula engine.
– Design core pieces of Innercircle’s infrastructure, optimizing for long-term maintainability, performance, and reliability.
– Build and scale systems for monitoring, tracing, profiling, debugging, and deploying Innercircle.
– Take full ownership and responsibility for building, shipping, and maintaining core Innercircle features, end-to-end.
